title: random  haiz it been VERY LONG time i blog..hahaha wat to do no mood... at top is a pic of my adik grad day at SSS haha padahal lom take O level.. da grad lol awasome:) gd luck adik for ur O level.. currently im having attachment at CGH for 1 MONTH!!!! its sound crazy and im proudly to say YES IT IS CRAZY!!! how to tahan?? only one week had past... oh ALLAH pls guide me to the very end!!! emm... i have been talking to certain ppl and its kind of weird talking to them i feel the other side of them in bad and good way.... i know i am KPO but if i know things that i can't say i cannot say.. like i say to everyone "dengan kau aku ada rahsia dengan dia aku pon ada rahsia so i hope u respect that..:) thanks" its true rite???? well me and my adik have been like gila mad crazy..don know why... and i cannot tell what happen.. tak lama lagi i going to get a ADIK IPAR namanye IRWAN!!!! hes ok...haha harapkan kening je.. ps: we all have secret...lol |

title: attachment  well well well AT LAST attachment has ended!!!! its been long time im at KKH like a month?? ...like tak percaya can tahan..haha well when at KKH i learnt many thingsszz and see many thingsszz KKH has let me see the other part of dignosis like the woman illness,baby illness and special illness that woman or baby can get,,seeing them make me think more so sad ok!!! u know wat TB came to my ward on thursday!!!! to celebrate a patient bday...well the pt can say can't live long and the pt last wish is to see TB and he came on his birthday so sweet right:) this pt of mine is a sad case..bt i hope that pt will get well and stay strong insya-allah.. i feel so happy that its all had ended...and YES will MISS the pt,hospital and all... its has been 1month 3 week im on attachment so kind of i brain has get use to attachment and this monday is my first day of sch as a yr 2 student and i hope my brain will stay focus:) love nurul hanya kau unt ku.. title: SENTOSA 2/4/10 This is from afiq for my bday gift.. thanks alot fiq:) and its GREEN!!!  2nd April 2010    hellow!!! well on the 2nd April me,sad,fiq and fiz went to sentosa:) its like AT LAST i went there:) we all wear grey... it was a gd friday.. so ya the place was pack!!! its NOT A COUPLE DATE OK!!! its an outing... juz frend outhing... me and fiq took some pic but i only put this pic.. after go sentosa we had our dinner at vivo... we meet at 3pm and went home late...at around 10pm?? hahaha ya late and i reach home at 11pm and ya got nagging... i was tired... but had fun we should do this again... and maybe we should ask others to ok? itu pon kalo they nak ikot... kalo taknk takpe... maklomla kola da nk mula so need prepare..hahaha emm...ok that it:) i hope and wish that b4 the sch open we had another outing to say hi and had fun can?? will always pray.. i wanna hug u all for the last time b4 sch open la i mean... tu pon kalo u all sudi hug me... maklomla sapa la nurul... emm tadikan i watch anugerah hits.sg TAUFIK BATISAH was soo darm hot!!! tahniah winners!!! and ofcouse to TAUFIK tahnia u are so hot!!!! love u soo much.. stay hot and SEXY ALWAYS..i will support u always.. love nurul ps: missing u... are u the one for me? title: my bday celebration My bday celebration on 21/3/10     hey... today im going to talk about my mini GREEN bday party... my bday was on 12/3 but we celebrate it on the 21/3... i think everyone know that my mum bday is on the same date as mine... we share the same date together cute.. on to is the pic.. well tat day we don take much pic cause i need to go home early cause on monday(22/3) i start my attachment n has to be at hospital at 7.45 latest.. so i told iswandi that i hav to go home early.. the day was ok.. we celebrate it at pasir ris park... well this year i got alot of gift consist of pic... its cute..:) me,sad,fiz and zim went home early at around 6pm while iswandi,zul and aqilah went home at 8.30pm... that it!!! emm.. after going home i did not text them thank you so here goes.... guyz thanks alot for the mini party... really THANKS ALOT!!! yes i know SEMUA BUSY but u guys still celebrate my bday.... so sweet.. i did not ask for one but they did make a mini bday party for me sweet of u gysz.. the food was nice.. the GREEN rice was nice,the chicken was nice,the bday cake was nice,the kuih sori nurul tak makan tapi bila lihat zul,aqilah,iswandi,fiz makan cam nampak sedap g2...haha u all wear GREEN!!! thanks for the gifts..like it LOT!!! if u see the pic above, most my bday gift was GREEN!!!! I LIKE!!!!
